The location was very convenient, close to a Whole Foods and various restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with friendly reception staff. I especially appreciated the complimentary coffee. The small room size was expected for NYC, so it didn't bother me. The building had a charming old New York vibe, and the free espresso was a nice touch. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent cleanliness and a great location.

Staying at this charming hotel on the Upper East Side was a delightful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the newly renovated property exudes historic charm. While room sizes vary, the comfortable beds and perfect location near Central Park made our stay enjoyable. However, some rooms may be smaller than expected, like 802 with an awkward setup. Despite minor inconveniences like lacking bedside phone sockets and a small HVAC booklet, the Nespresso machine and cozy bed were highlights worth mentioning.

I chose this hotel for a work session and was pleased to find a Vaio computer with free Internet access set up in the room, making it convenient to catch up on business tasks. The staff was welcoming and the location near Central Park and the subway was convenient for exploring the city.

I found it inconvenient that the hotel didn't offer a printing service, which I needed for some urgent documents.

Breakfast started out regular but ended up badly. Only having yogurt and cereal, no fruits (except the first day) and bad coffee machine, with the other coffee of very bad quality.

We had a two-night stay at Voco The Franklin and it was perfect for our needs. The small and renovated rooms were clean and met our expectations. The location was fantastic, just three blocks away from where we needed to be. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were amazing, attentive, and accommodating. The European-style vibe added a unique touch to our stay. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone.

The room was too small, it smelled bad, humid and locked up. The bathroom was too small, it looked like it was in a closet. The closet could not be opened because the bedside table was placed above, as it had no room. The light in the elevator was cut off and for two days we had to use it in the dark with a flashlight. And breakfast, included, was just coffee and bread, in a small room without windows. We preferred to have breakfast outside.

The staff was not very friendly in general, the breakfast (not only scarce but of bad quality) and there was no wifi because they did not have a network and it took all the days I was hosted to solve it. Next door there is a huge construction site, not the noise but the discomfort of transit.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel, located in an optimum location. It was close to many attractions such as Central Park, the MET, and the Guggenheim museums. The metro station was just a minute away, making it easy to connect with other attractions in Manhattan. The staff were very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast and happy hour, which was a nice bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location and excellent service.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was beautifully decorated with an old European feel, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with soft fine linens. The hotel also provided excellent room service, as well as other services such as dry cleaning, bell staff/porter, and housekeeping. I was extremely impressed with the level of service and the overall quality of this hotel.

The cozy library nook was a delightful escape from the bustling city. I felt like a character from Downton Abbey, curled up with a good book and a cup of tea, surrounded by the plush antique beds and vintage fashion photography. It was a perfect retreat after exploring Museum Mile.
